Digital Photo ID Systems
Digital Photo ID systems are a very fast and cost effective way of creating ID badges. A system includes software, digital camera, and either a PVC printer, an inkjet printer, or a color laser printer. The software allows for the storage of employee information and images (photos, signatures). These systems permit the user to customize the database fields to meet their needs and will also allow the user to design their own badges.
Automatic magnetic stripe, bar code, proximity or smart card encoding options for access control and time and attendance are additional benefits.
With a computer-based system, information can be quickly retrieved or updated. Re-issuing of lost badges is a snap. ID's can be printed on PVC, Paper, or Teslin cards.
IDentiphoto offers many configurations of digital photo ID card systems to meet the needs of organizations of any size. For more information please call (800) 860-9111 or fill out our contact us page and someone will return your call quickly.
