Personalization and Processing
Here's a great service! We'll provide the help you need to complete a badging program. On-site or in-house; we come to you or you can send your photos by mail or e-mail. We incorporate the technology you need and finished badges are generally turned around within 1-3 days.
Remember that you can also turn to IDentiphoto for the digital cameras, badge attachments and supplies, or complete digital photo ID systems to complete a successful badging program.

Process For ID Service
- Send us a sketch of the desired layout. Standard badges are credit card size 3 3/8" x 2 1/8".
- Send us your logo or graphic, photos, and variable data.
ORIGINAL ARTWORK should be camera-ready or digital format (.jpg, .bmp, .tif, or .pcx). If MAC based, please call first.
PHOTOS - may be JPEG images or photos up to 4" x 6" (may be mailed) VARIABLE DATA - if more than 20 badges, must be submitted in ASCII file format - .txt, comma separated - .csv, or, in an Excel sheet.
Please fill out the ID Service Request Form, and then e-mail all photo, text, and logo files.
- A color proof will be sent for your approval. Please allow 5-7 days for proof. Proof approval must be received before badge production begins.
On-Site Badging Service is Available - Call for Details
NOTE: Authorization on your letterhead to produce ID badges is required. For new clients, we request pre-payment until a credit line has been established for you. We reserve the right to edit all job requests for content.
