EmployeeKeeper™ / GateKeeper™ offers full perimeter security with positive identification of employees and contractors. The system is completely scalable to any size organization from a single entrance to multiple buildings with multiple gateways. Employee Keeper™ is based on issuance of plastic cards for Positive Identity Verification. The Gatekeeper system is divided into two main functions Employee/Visitor Card Issuance and Positive Identification Verification and Tracking.
Card Issuance
- Easy-to-use card layout designer
- Personalization includes: effective and termination dates, fingerprint, photo, and signature
- Prints most card types including basic, magnetic stripe, HID, SmartCard, Mifare and Proximity
- Cards can be printed in batch mode with "Conditional Search-Query"
- Card Issue Log records time and date that card was printed, issued, returned and destroyed
- Significant features include:
- Photo history file
- Photo transfer to Windows® folder

Positive Identification Verification and Tracking
- Positive Identification can be enhanced by biometrically scanning fingerprints
- "Access Denied" flag will display if the termination date has been exceeded
- Entrance and departure times are stamped and recorded for later query (time and attendance, etc.)
